I experienced significant issues during my stay. The first room I was assigned didn't meet my requests at all. it was located on the ground floor and faced a busy road, creating a lot of noise. I had booked a nice upper-floor room with a double bed, but instead, received a room with small single beds and inadequate window coverings. I even had to sleep with earplugs due to the disturbance, which was uncomfortable and disappointing.
